## What is Break It Training?

Break It Training PLT is a Kuala Lumpur company that delivers adventure-inspired corporate training. We combine experiences like wall climbing, hiking, treasure hunts and simulation games with leadership, teamwork and communication lessons.

## Who is it for?

Corporate teams and HR departments, university students and young professionals, and social impact groups such as NGOs, special needs educators and volunteer groups.

## Are Break It Training programs HRD Corp claimable?

Yes. Our programs are HRD Corp claimable and delivered by an HRD Corp accredited trainer. Eligibility depends on your company’s own HRD Corp registration, so confirm the process with your HR or finance team.

## How much do the packages cost?

Leadership Alleyz is RM333 per person (minimum 5 people). The Zoo Hunter is RM97 per person (minimum 100 people). Corporate Team Building is RM193 per person for 50 to 100 people. Treasure hunts and talks are quoted to your needs.

## What is included in the price?

Leadership Alleyz includes park entry fees, meals and all climbing gear. The Zoo Hunter includes zoo entry fees, meals and activity materials. Corporate Team Building includes customised merchandise, an event banner and professional facilitation. Transportation and accommodation are not included.

## Do we need climbing experience?

No. Every attempt begins with guidance, communication and a walkthrough, and each person climbs at their own level.

## What if someone is afraid of heights or does not want to climb?

Fear of heights is common and part of the lesson. Participants decide how far they go and the group supports them. There are other ways to take part, and we plan these with you.

## Is it safe?

Safety and learning outcomes are designed together. All climbing gear is provided, and the lead facilitator holds a Level 2 Sport Climbing Certification and a Psychological Health First Aid certification.

## Where do you run programs?

We are based in Kuala Lumpur and run programs at climbing walls, parks, zoos and other local venues. We like supporting local places, especially those that care for animals. Tell us where your team is and we will plan around it.

## Can you customise a program?

Yes. If you cannot decide on a package, we can design your own adventure around your group, venue and goals.

## Do you offer accessibility support?

Yes. We provide accessibility support for all our guests. Tell us what your people need when you enquire.
