Trainer, Facilitator and Founder

Azidzul brings over 15 years in support operations and 10 years in training and development, a rare mix of industry expertise and human connection. He founded Break It Training PLT around one idea: breakthrough.

His signature approach blends experiential learning, adventure-based activities like wall climbing, and emotional intelligence coaching to create safe, memorable and powerful learning spaces.

He has worked with participants from finance, manufacturing, education and healthcare, designing training that is practical, inspiring and deeply human. He is known for a calm presence, relatable storytelling and an interactive style that balances energy with empathy.

Beyond training, he volunteers for social causes and believes in using his skills to give back, especially through programs for youth and special needs communities. He is currently pursuing his MBA.
